Trunk Participants
Please arrive with enough time to set up and be ready by 1:00 PM at the latest.
Parking lot attendants will be available to help direct traffic and park vehicles. Please follow their instructions when you arrive. Let the attendant know if you need extra space for a larger display or have any special requests, such as access to an electrical outlet.

Volunteers
Please find Beth Helm or Karen Shuff in the parking lot when you arrive. We’ll help you get set up at the appropriate station.

• Food Station: In the Fellowship Hall
• S’mores Station: In the first parking spaces outside the gym doors
• Games/Activities: On the green space
